What a beautiful parallel between Raphael's Madonna restored masterpiece and the gospel. So many women (and men) feel defeated and worthless. If only they knew the inherent worth that they possess as God's poeima as well as the power of the gospel to renew and restore. As a minister's wife and servant of the gospel, I feel compelled to continue teaching the gospel and all of its implications to women in my church.
