		<description>Wow, that&#039;s a powerful picture of restoration. Thanks for sharing this. You&#039;re right - the roles of womanhood and manhood do need to be restored. And I believe God is doing that, all over the world, slowly but surely.  I&#039;m always amazed that the God of this universe stoops down to restore such broken and messed up people like us! What an awesome God we serve.</description>

Thank you for posting this.  What a beautiful parallel between Raphael&#039;s Madonna restored masterpiece and the gospel.  So many women (and men) feel defeated and worthless.  If only they knew the inherent worth that they possess as God&#039;s poeima as well as the power of the gospel to renew and restore.  As a minister&#039;s wife and servant of the gospel, I feel compelled to continue teaching the gospel and all of its implications to women in my church.  I appreciate your thoughtfulness and biblical insights, Mary.  Blessings to you and to your ministry!
