According to Scripture, a wily woman scorns God. She demonstrates contempt for Him. When she decides to manipulate men and circumstances for her own gain, she treats God with derision and disrespect. When she relies on her own craftiness instead of relying on the Lord, it is just as though she mocks and makes fun of God’s ways.
