I prayed for this child
In 2004, God opened our family to the idea of adoption. We were on a missions trip in Zambia (Africa) and fell in love with more than one orphaned child. We prayed: “God, if you want us to adopt, we are willing. Drop a child into our lap and make it clear.” I consider that the first prayer I prayed for her.

Bullied at School
The statistics are staggering. An estimated 160,000 children miss school each day due to fear of bullies. Six out of ten witness a “mean girl” (or boy) attack every day. So how do you know if your child’s recurring “tummy ache” is just that or a cry for help? Or-worse yet- if your child is the bully?
